Have you considered maybe getting satellite or DirecTv or something like that? Because these cable ass clowns definitely don't need any more of your money.

We have, lightly, considered the alternatives. But for now, I wanted the satisfaction of getting rid of the cable. BUT, we do still have the internet through them. The thought of having to change that over to something else is irritating and seems like a lot of trouble. I'm just going to try to ween myself off of tv a bit. Ironically, the one show that i'm ON on tv is about to start its new season, and i won't be able to watch it (or afford to watch it) at home. Irony. ahhh, those big Turner bucks.
