Dramatic Reenactment

This is really crappy recording of a reenactment of actual comments made by Dean Beacham--our LONG-time next-door neighbor in Savannah. This is just in passing to my father (Doby) on her way out for a walk. I walked up on this part of the conversation.
She's always been like a ray of sunshine peaking in through darkclouds. And that's pretty much her actual voice.

Oh that is awesome. I love women from Georgia. My French teacher in High School was from Georgia and she had a really thick accent, which was hilarious when she was trying to also affect a French accent for pronounciation purposes. The sound of it cannot be written. It must be heard to be believed.

I have a friend who's from Chickamauga, GA who speaks Russian, Swedish and some Ukrainian and Georgian (as in Tbilisi, Georgia-not Chickamauga, GA) but she pretty much retains a very heavy southern accent through it all. Weird. And hypnotic.
